At what point to you start to reconsider you beliefs on what causes homelessness?

How are good men supposed to do anything when the courts have ruled sleeping and shitting in public is a fundamental human right?
Good men can demand that society take care of people in need, and not just say fuck those people, it's not my problem
Good men will acknowledge the problem and try to solve it. Bad men will blame lack of affordable housing and low wages which allows them to shift blame to the evil free market. Good men will say addiction and mental illness are the top 2 issues and will formulate solutions that address the problem.
But since evil men are in charge, we won't address the problem and enjoy people shitting in the Safeway.
When people are allowed to behave improperly in public shifts gonna happen.
This was where natural consequences used to be the rule. When you behaved improperly in public people would take you to task. That often escalated to an ass kicking. You didn't do certain things in public. That no longer happens with any regularity and people act like fools, dirtbags and assholes.
