Yeah, people are shitting in the streets because we've dismantled the social safety net. We spend more on Welfare and Social Services than at any other time in our history. The State of California is completely run by Rats, every mayor of any significant sized city is a liberal, same with every city counsel and every statewide elected office, and all of them spend billions every year on Social Services and yet the homeless problem just gets worse. At what point to you start to reconsider you beliefs on what causes homelessness?

Good men will acknowledge the problem and try to solve it. Bad men will blame lack of affordable housing and low wages which allows them to shift blame to the evil free market. Good men will say addiction and mental illness are the top 2 issues and will formulate solutions that address the problem.

But since evil men are in charge, we won't address the problem and enjoy people shitting in the Safeway.
