    4) Peterman (w/ potential to easily move up)
    5) RichRod...maybe he can finally get Arizona to a Rose Bowl... Either way I think he looks to move up and move on eventually

    Can't put Mora ahead of Shaw at this point. Shaw took on Chip Kelly and won. Then followed up with another title. I'm not seeing the decline. He shit the bed here and there, but so has Mora.

The conference is getting better players and better assistants but the most important part of that equation is a lot weaker than it was 5 years ago. As it is, Mora and Petersen to me are clearly the two best coaches in the conference with Rich Rod and Graham probably the next two. Petersen is clearly the best in the Pac-12 North. It bodes well for us over the next 5 years.
