Look, do whatever you want to your brain while living in your mothers basement. I could give two rips but when kids are being raised by clearly an unstable mother who is finding solace in psychedelics, decent people have to draw a line in the conversation and say it is not good for the kid. I can't imagine raising my kids while on shrooms.

For the record I AM FOR liberalization of drug laws. Let people smoke or ingest what they want if it doesn't harm others.
Using a minor amount around your kids? Iffy grey area IMO. I've known plenty of dead heads that this is normal. Some of them were responsible. Some of them not so much.
How drunk should you get around your kids? I don't know and don't purport to tell people unless it becomes a safety issue. That's what I think about basically anything.
Using hallucinogens because your such a narcissistic millennial that you can't be present in your child's life otherwise? Pretty morally abhorrent even if I don't think it should be illegal.
