Just what did Trump admit? In the transcript there are 540 words between the discussion of US aid and Trump inquiring about Ukranian corruption. That's not how you tie two things together. Only ignorance and hackery would you to reason that way.
Yes, it is a transcript. If you weren't such a partsian dunce you would know that there was an interpreter used. That's why it takes 8-10 minutes to read a 30 minute conversation.
