Chip is the closest to a “miracle worker” I’m aware of in the CFP/BCS era. He almost won a NT with well less than 50 percent of the roster being blue chip recruits. Took an NFL ROY and MVP to stop him and save the world.

Exactly. There are rarely upsets in row boat. The team with 8 best athletes and most power wins. @Gladstone is the best recruiter of international elite rowers in the history of the sport. He’s not a better coach than Callahan when it comes to training or technique.whlinder said:
