We will always love him for the recruiting work he put in and his love of the dawgs, but yeah... he has a long ways to go. Lack of coaching in high school is the main cause of it. He's a massive kid that played in a something less than mediocre program. He's going to need tim. If you know what to look for, you'll see it too. If not, who cares.
