    Again another Kunt act.

    So it didn’t help the economy according to Hondo the Kunt and it didn’t hurt the economy so at worst it was neutral and a “immaterial difference” that allowed people to keep more of the money they earned and for some reason letting people keep more of the money they earn to do with as they like makes Hondo’s snatch very, very sore.
