Well Oregon has at least won a playoff game and been in two NC games. I don’t think any other PAC 12 team has won a playoff game. I could be wrong. We won that game and with it the Rose Bowl.

It’s a tell that you have to keep trying to have to convince yourself of where UW is compared to others. It speaks to your insecurity.😂

Yeah two head coaches ago. What have they done lately?

    Nothing else matters, amiright?

It was a good win for Oregon. The walk off 6 may be a pivotal moment for the program. However, do remember Oregon fans are less than five years off playing for an NC. No one is settling for a victory against a rival.
It could have been a pivotal moment but then you? played like shit the rest of the year.
FWIT, they played like shit before that too.
Oregon went 4-7, 7-5 and 9-4. It’s almost like there’s a trend. Will Oregon bust through and win 10? Who knows? The walk off six certainly will give the team confidence that they can play with anyone in this league.

Now proceed with Cristobal = Sark.
    OK

Uh yeah it is. USC and Oregon scraping the bottom of the barrel. USC still ahead of Oregon in the pecking order. UW didn't offer either of those guys.

That was a walk-on and it wasn't a pancake. It was a hold as he was reaching to make the tackle and then a block in the back to the ground and wasn't called. We all know Oregon got lucky. Do I need to post pictures of UW's championship trophy?
    Block in the back...lol

Uh yeah watch the play. Bronson reaches to making the tackle and the Oregon lineman holds him and then blocks him in the back and falls on him. That's not a pancake. That's a penalty. Home cooking. Won't happen this season. 135-54. #1 in the North. Conference Champs.

C,mon Sac. Bronson lunges and anything remotely resembling a hold is well after the TD.

Yeah that's called a hold. Bronson's body is sideways and your lineman is holding him on his chest to prevent him from making the tackle and then falls on his back like he pancaked him when he didn't. But go ahead and celebrate one of the best moments your program has ever had. Congrats, you beat the conference champs during the regular season. That makes the sting of being overall losers less stingy. You'll need the memory of that moment to hold on to. Won't be many like it for Oregon going forward.

Montra is rated higher by the services and Pepe tried to commit to Oregon. So, the coaches don’t think so. People saw Pepe at the HDC and he small bro.

Yes it does. The degrees from the University of Washington Bothell or Tacoma are exactly the same as the ones from Seattle campus. They don't say "University of Washington-Bothell" or "University of Washington-Tacoma" on them. They just say "University of Washington" and the course requirements for each degree offered are the same. Many of my professors taught their same course at the Seattle campus as well. Where are you going to school by the way? Some school in bum fuck nowhere nobody cares about? I'm not even a school snob but you sure seem to be.

Montra's film is ass. He's slow. Pepe is more quick twitch and stronger. Splitting hairs. Both suck.

Are you talking about his 4 minute film from 50 yards away? Pepe is maxed out on his frame. He’s a finished product and most like what you see is what you get. Montra has a way bigger frame and still needs to transform his body. You get him into a D1 S&C program and eating from the trainer’s table and his ceiling is way higher.

Dude had 100+ tackles and is still carrying baby fat.

Exactly, he's a long term project and not an elite talent out of high school because he's ass. Oregon needs bodies. Like I said, both suck. But at least Pepe has some twitch to him. Montra may never have that twitch. Sometimes what you see is what you get.

His film is ass because of the production quality. Secondly, a 3 tech doesn’t get a 100+ tackles without some agility, especially out of Mississippi.

Lol so he looks slow on film because of the production quality? Maybe he got 100 tackles because it looks like he's playing against JV teams.

No. I just watched both of their highlights. Montra’s are him pushing his way through traffic playing in the middle. Pepe’s are at DE him with a free release. Pepe is playing in turf and Edwards on soggy delta grass.

Pepe looks like a college tweener to me.

It’s pretty crazy that USC took Pepe. How far have they fallen. Pepe was only shown attention by Oregon because he’s close with DJU. They were ready to spend 2 schollies on DJ. Once DJ went Clemson, Pepe was obviously ghosted. Still find it insane USC is taking a 5’10” DT that has no business playing big boy football.

In reality it is difficult to recruit good DTs, let alone to the West Coast. Pepe is a project at best. Hell Clemson has one 5 star and I think Three 4 Star DTs.

As usual there were very few good DT prospects out west. This year was particularly bad.

We are lucky to have Scott.

Next year UW has a leg up on other west coast schools. There are several homegrown future DL stars in Washington.

I think Oregon has a pretty decent class so far. We need a DT badly.

We still have decent shots at:

    Tre’vonn Rybka

    Jaedon Roberts

    Montra Edwards

    Keenan Caldwell

    Quay Evans

No matter what happens it is what it is. Most, if not all West coast teams have a problem drawing DT prospects away from home in the SE and Texas where most of the DT talent is.

I mean you were 5-1 and ranked #12 after that game. I agree it was an optimistic view but you certainly had a chance for that win to galvanize some things and spring you guys forward.
Fuck you for making me do this. Your poast is total bullshit. TSWO when they gave up 24 to Bowling Green in the first game, a game they were losing 10-0 after 2 possessions on offense garnered 11 yards.

BGSU was 99th in scoring, 106th in yards per game, and 102nd in first downs and put up 24/389/21 on Oregon

That's more than BGSU scored against Maryland, Miami(OHIO LUL), GT, Akron, Ohio, Central Michigan, and Buffalo.

    TSWO.

Dare me to continue motherfucker, dare me. Do I need to bust out the number of 50 yard plays Portland State had or how "we" beat 1-11 SJSU by 13? Fuck Crystalballs.

Overall Oregon is doing what it can with the circumstances. The DL they are getting are run stoppers that extend their arms and disengage from blocks and push their blocker back. They clog the lanes. Pepe doesn’t show these traits. The majority is him getting a free release off the line or going around the blocker. He uses his hand well. Part of that is scheme but it’s hard to imagine what we see translating well at the next level. He’s just not fast enough to be an edge guy.

Almost all of Pepe’s highlight are against the pass with him in the middle of a 3-3-5 or on the edge in an even front. I take Maceal in that role.

Montra’s are almost all against the run.
