Tulsi brings lefty foreign policy to righty audience and it works

Just stop with the lefty talking point bullshit. This is an establishment vs libertarian issue.
The people are tired of the "bi-partisan" war mongering, regime change foreign policy directives. When Trump plays the tune you accuse him of being an isolationist.
If only you cared about BigTech censorship since they are now working to silence those voices so the establishment-elite can profit off more war for oil. For recent example, see media coverage on Venezuela.

Tulsi is one of the few if not the only grown up in the room with her hat in the ring. Unfortunately the race to the left edge of the earth by her competitors and How the Left is eating it up, gives her little chance of winning the nomination in 2020.
The Left is on an all or nothing mission with no tolerance for compromise or moderation. They actually believe in the viability of the Socialist utopia and seemingly will settle for no less when they cast their ballot in 2020.

Tulsi is the far left. Tulsi supported Bernie in 2016. Tulsi has a bill to get the US to 100% renewable energy by 2035. Tulsi supports Medicare For All. She support a $15 minimum wage. You don’t know what you’re talking about. -
I’ve never called Trump an isolationist. He’s a con man that says one thing and does another because he knows libertarians are too dumb to figure it out.pawz said:Just stop with the lefty talking point bullshit. This is an establishment vs libertarian issue.

Disagree.

I don’t think Gabbard is genuinely anti-interventionist. She would have been fine with us intervening in Syria if our clients were reversed and we helped Assad massacre the rebels.
-
The idea of wanting to put a stop to endless wars is certainly not a revolutionary concept. Ron Paul has talked about it for 30 years.
I certainly don't have a problem with it, but we certainly need to be in strategic areas. Having military bases in 120 countries is over the top. -
So she would have built and armed ISIS just like Obozo did?HardlyClothed said:I don’t think Gabbard is genuinely anti-interventionist. She would have been fine with us intervening in Syria if our clients were reversed and we helped Assad massacre the rebels.

I find Libertarians as a whole to be the most critical thinking of the bunch. The take the best of both sides of the aisle and piss on the worst.allpurpleallgold said:

Years ago, I noticed theists hijacking atheist and skeptical language in attempt to make their ideas sound more legitimate. This was the “intelligent design” crowd. And you see the same thing with libertarians. Look no further than Damone. Who runs around calling everything out as a logical fallacy but he’s wrong half the time. A lot of people would see his posts and think he’s smart because of the language he uses but he doesn’t really know how to use it.
My point is using language you don’t understand doesn’t make you a critical thinker. Being open to all ideas doesn’t make you good at critical thinking. You have to be able to discern between what has actual reason behind it and what is bullshit.
If libertarians were so good at critical thinking they would think their positions all the way through and realize they wouldn’t work thus making them not libertarians. -

That being said, the downfall to libertarians is their answer to everything is "no Government". They don't care what the question is, unless it's military, the answer is "no Government". -

This is a pretty good summation of damone and a lot of libertarians in general. Lots of bluster, little substance. And their arguments die under the smallest bit of scrutiny. These idiots were seriously arguing that an infant should be free to decide whether to vaccinate itself the other day. And then when pressed on this they retreated to the typical "that's not what I said" defense and changed the subject without ever elaborating. Sad.allpurpleallgold said:

I find Libertarians as a whole to be the most critical thinking of the bunch. The take the best of both sides of the aisle and piss on the worst.allpurpleallgold said:
I’ve never called Trump an isolationist. He’s a con man that says one thing and does another because he knows libertarians are too dumb to figure it out.pawz said:Just stop with the lefty talking point bullshit. This is an establishment vs libertarian issue.
We know you won't agree because Libertarian, but still.
If libertarians were so good at critical thinking they would think their positions all the way through and realize they wouldn’t work thus making them not.
You just did a wonderful job of describing progressives except they hijacked the liberal monicker. -
