For younger people your biggest asset is mobility.
At least based on my experience.
Owning a home if you are in your 20s is generally a crutch in my opinion.

I believe Canada is the only western country that has single payer. 36 million employed white people and a few Asians huddled on the US boarder. Still haven’t gotten around the economic law of scarcity.

I have Canadian friends. They aren't big fans. One of them is well to do. He came to the US and paid cash for a needed surgery. It was a long wait up in Canuckia and he was miserable.
