    The GMO problem isn’t as prevalent at my store. Staying GMO free and cutting out dyes and food coloring is part of their mission statement. That said, I try to buy most of my beef and pork from local farms and distributors. I drive by the cows I eat on my way out of Arlington. I can get chicken from my local butcher but I actually prefer the organic stuff I buy from work.

    I dont really care. 1800 calories a day 180g of protein. Not a lot of mystery there. Shit works.
