Dollars were always going up. Problem for “genius” Phil is he has no runway, limited game, and needed the equivalent of 10 major wins to pay off his gambling debt. He got paid for the cost of his legacy and most of that money was in his account for a day or two before it got shipped to Vegas. He knows what he did too, it’s why he hasn’t been on social media for 6 months.
