    He still has emergency powers though. The lack of a drought combined with relatively lower than normal summer temps mean he can't use them to declare a climate emergency. But just wait.

    Maybe he can stop mandating vaccinations now. I don't know if it's related to ferries crashing into docks, but it wouldn't be surprising if there was a drunk captain involved.

    It's a nice thought, but that terrorist made the mandates permanent for State employees a few weeks ago.
