A neuroscience image sleuth finds signs of fabrication in scores of Alzheimer’s articles, threatening a reigning theory of the disease
Depressing read…for those who don’t regularly deal with R&D/scientists it’s not surprising. The idea they are all competent and right is just comical. Add to that the historical push to challenge science findings has gone by the wayside and it’s a toxic mix now.
15+ years and hundreds of billions wasted on a false premise on Alzheimers because some “smart” idiots couldn’t accept their theory was wrong and instead assumed it had to be correct and it was ok to overlook/adjust things to make it so because they would eventually be proven “correct”.
Lots of parallels to other science issues in the world today…and ironically enough Science is the source of some of the false narratives being pushed now…
