When I bought my house back in 2004 from the original owner we got a property tax statement from the county that showed the amount they paid in property taxes on their last installment and what our taxes were now. It was almost a 700% increase in taxes.

Having this issue here in CDA as people's taxes are going crazy since they have no protection.
