The GOP gap is hugely significant. Dems are DOA this fall.

The data suggests 53-66 seats. Bannon is predicting 100+. What do they need to take control? 36? I'm going out on a limb and predict they don't get that majority because it's the script and CONs always fumble the ball inside the 5 yard line just as they're about to score.

After the first 2 years of Clinton, the 1994 midterms went like this:

    GOP +8 Senate
    GOP +54 House
    GOP +10 Gubernatorial

I have no idea what is going to happen, but as pissed off as people were with Bill swinging left, Hillarycare, Bill raising taxes, and all the other nonsense, 2022 feels like another level of pissed off, with literally everything the democrats have touched turning to shit. I was living in Seattle in 1994 and was shocked by the results, mostly because the readily available news sources at the time suggested otherwise, as did most of the local populace. The only guy I recall predicting it was Rush Limbaugh, and I think even he was surprised. Nothing would surprise me at this point, not even Bannon's prediction.

They need like 6 to take control.

In 2023 the GOP will control the Legislative and Judicial Branches and then we Impeach that MFer in the Oval Office. And he resigns in disgrace.

Then we hamstring The Laughing Donkey for two years and usher in DeSantis to turn shit around.

    Not so fast my friend

The prevailing theory on Reddit is that they are actually Dems temporarily switching in order to sabotage the maga candidates

Or maybe it's to prop them up to win because they think they are easier to beat

Or something. Idk it's pretty dumb I didn't read too much into it

Trump had a history of moving to the right. Betsy Johnson, while a gun rights supporter doesn't have a track record or at least put it out there, and she didn't join the Republicans, she is going independent. She ws a democratic state senator as long ago as 2021. And unlike Trump which sh*t on the left every chance he could get, the Johnson ad praises the Democrats for being "compassionate". They aren't, they are evil.

While abortion isn't a voting issue for me, Johnson is an abortion absolutist. There will be an interesting fight with Republican Drazan as she is an anti-abortion absolutist. Her best defense will be Johnson supporting abortion in the ninth month.

Oregon will never ever elect a Republican again. Same with WA and CA. The West Coast elites are East Coast wannabes.
