    Japan and Saudi Arabia are just fine. But not Georgia who has voter ID and certainly not Florida where you can't say gay.

    I can't really ever work for a company that has a legit DEI dept

    I need ones where I know the hr people and they think it's really stupid

    Tougher to find every day. You need some HR training because of all the phucking rules and hoops you need to jump through. Then while doing so the training is by way woke HR phuck ups who have been indoctrinated and they care more about indoctrinating you than learning where you need to hang up the Minimum Wage posters and in how many languages.

    Government: How many workers do you have broken down by sex?

    Me: Well, sex doesn't seem to be the problem its more alcohol and drugs.

    We have an HR consulting firm that does like the actual legal shit and advises. Then we have like an admin chick who does it internally but I wouldn't call her an HR person.

    Pretty good setup imo.

    We did some salespeople layoffs and it's more like how do we get this bitch outta here without getting sued

    Oh wait she writes LinkedIn posts about the white male patriarchy? Fuck. How much severance do we need to give to make her go away lol

    Exactly. I worked at too many places where the HR department was, "You can't fire her", rather than here are the four things I need and then we cut her loose. Then you still get sued after she goes and hires the dazzler who is happy to file a nuisance suit and hope to settle.
