PS State legislatures need to have open arrest data bases so the voters actually know how many times these guys had been arrested and why they are on the streets. If I had to pump my own gas, I'd definitely stay clear of inner city gas stations.
Filled up once in Oakland it was an experience... filled up a bunch by the airport and that is only half bad... but still dangerous lol you keep your head in a swivel
