Convicted felon illegally in possession of a gun. Before we even talk about gun control, why are we not talking about bringing both carrots and sticks pressure on DAs and Judges to start enforcing exisiting gun laws?

A gunman "executed" a 9-year-old Houston girl and injured her mother Monday night and authorities are searching for the suspect as he remains on the run, police said.

Jones, 22, was allegedly out on bond for gun-related crimes, the news station said. He has been charged with capital murder.

Blame guns, blame society, blame the cards you were dealt and of course blame white racism. You can't correctly and honestly talk about what the problem really is so how do you expect anything to change? The video is from 6 years ago, if anything things have gotten worse. There would be a lot more blaming of white racism if that report was done today.
