I would take manziel in a second if I were the titans. You get an exciting playmaker with a gigantic chip on his shoulder, remember they're in a division with the Texans and Jags, both of which passed on JF).

NFL teams over thinking it like always. Bortles over Manziel? Justin Gilbert and Anthony Barr over him? At the worst, Manziel will be a good QB. His ceiling is really fucking high.
The league is full of idiot GM's. Cleveland and Minnesota deserve 0-16 for their picks. Their starting QB's are Brian Hoyer and Matt Cassell. -
