Joe Lacob FS

Hardest thing for a professional coach to do is to get his team to buy into what is being sold and play in a 100% united way when the chips are on the table. Say what you want about Mark Jackson, but he got his team to do that.

If the Legend doesn't personally take over the coaching duties in Indiana, it wouldn't shock me if Jackson gets the call to take over that team.

Jackson isn't a great X's and O's coach but if I'm the lakers I'll hire him in a second. He's exactly what they need

Jackson is a good coach and reminds me of another Doc Rivers. X's and O's aren't his strength but I don't think he's horrible either. The players LOVE playing for him which is the key.

I think he'd make a good candidate to coach in Indiana or even Houston.

He'll have no problem getting a job. The Warriors will return to being the fucking Warriors again.

I'd also think that the odds of the Warriors resigning Curry at this point had to have taken a huge hit.

The pacers are another good one. Jackson would get the best out of them for sure

They also lost in the first round and didn't have a top 10 offense.

I think Jackson is a good coach but with all the turmoil surrounding the team it's a defensible move. I'd rather be the team firing Mark Jackson than the team retaining Kevin McHale.

Firing Mark Jackson is a good idea IF you can replace him with someone better.

There's a lot of talent on the team, but I'm not sure if I would call it efficient talent. Curry is prone to some cold droughts and turnovers. David Lee is starting to regress a bit. They can be a bit too perimeter at times.

    They can definitely get better.

Biggest thing that they did was get far better defensively. It's quite possible that they traded in some of their offensive strength to get better defensively.

He's not a free agent until 16-17. Plenty of time to convince him to stay. I'm in LIPO mode with the Warriors. Something was amiss to have two assistant coaches fired/reassigned towards the end of the season. If they don't fuck up the hire, they should still be good.
