    to anyone who will spend the 13 minutes to watch the video, it's interesting and informative. These ghost cities are a critical part of the Chinese economy in a way I'd never considered. I always thought they were "stay busy" projects the CCP was devising. Instead its like a gigantic Ponzi scheme perpetrated upon the Chinese people
