To kill these murderers! Killed two 60+ year old's in their home after robbing them. He knew them. The never ending appeals must end. The left fights hard for murderers because they support murdering the unborn. It's OK in their eyes and that murderer will come in handy later.

I always love the arguments by leftist where they oppose the death penalty because of how it expensive it is to excute people. Dazzler has actually made this argument with me. Yeah, it's fucking expensive because to the appeals process the left has created and uses for everyone of the death penalty cases. There should be a way to streamline this process if identity (It wasn't me) isn't an issue.

Why Polly Klaas killer still sits in jail on death row over 25 years after his was convicted is a fucking joke. He did it, everyone knows he did it and his defense doesn't even try to raise the issue that it wasn't him who did it.

Hell, the killer actually led the police to her buried dead body. Just like Major Hassan still is on death row for his 2009 shooting spree which killed 13. There is nothing to appeal, but still they file false claims with impunity.

On January 11, 2003, Governor George Ryan issued a blanket commutation giving life sentences to the 167 the people on Illinois’s death row and pardoning four inmates. In his speech at Northwestern University College of Law, Ryan recognized the work of Paul Ciolino, David Protess, and the School of Journalism in Anthony Porter's case for shedding light on the "sorrowful condition of Illinois's death penalty system." Later in his speech, he commented:

I never intended to be an activist on this issue. I watched in surprise as freed death row inmate Anthony Porter was released from jail. A free man, he ran into the arms of Northwestern University Professor Dave Protess who poured his heart and soul into proving Porter's innocence with his journalism students. He was 48 hours away from being wheeled into the execution chamber where the state would kill him. It would all be so antiseptic and most of us would not have even paused, except that Anthony Porter was innocent of the double murder for which he had been condemned to die.

Hey Dazzler, did any of the cases you cited involve defendants who weren't claiming they didn't do it? Fuck off
