Damn juveniles. Law and order should be front and center for any Republican running this fall. But McConnell and McCarthy seem to avoid the issue as much as the dementia patient does.

I loved how the District Attorney says that it's "up to the city, the state and community leaders to offer services to those children" in order to prevent this from happening again. Absolutely no mention of the parents doing anything to stop this.

What a complete disservice we do to these kids when refuse to hold them accountable for their behavior and actions all because of the color of their skin.
