That series was everything I hoped for. Harris is a beast.

Fucking Braves are good. I don't care if they're behind in their division theyre still on the Dodgers and Astros level. That was a good and hugely valuable series win.
Heard a stat on the radio yesterday - the Mariners are one of only 7 teams with above .500 records against teams over .500. That includes the Dodgers, Astros, Mets and I forget who else. I didn't realize it was so exclusive.

My guess is Yankees, Cardinals, and Rays. Iirc Braves record against over 500 teams isn’t very good

    Possible for sure.

Ms have 4 top of rotation starters inked through 2026. I'm just going ro bask in the glow of that and stop paying attention until the playoffs are settled. If the Ms choke it away I'll seamlessly transition into mooging for next year, which promises to be special.

It's lining up pretty well really. Ms offense is streaky as fuck, and they just stumbled through one of the downturns. I like where they are now...on the rise again i think.

If the front office is serious they could legitimately have a great team next year with some of the right moves.

For sure. The starting pitching is elite. The offense needs more consistency. I'm not sure how to get it. Some tough decisions have to be made.

So am I correct that that the #3 wild card would be the best draw?

I get that home games are nice. Toronto and especially Tampa are way tougher matchups than Cleveland.

Doubt anyone would disagree that #2 is the worst of both worlds.

I am currently too “altered” to look it up, but my take is to stay away from the Astros as long as possible…
