It's been that way in Oakland for years I would go down seminary Ave in the hood to the A's games... quicker from where I was from but you had to keep an eye out... during the day... at night you took the freeway, cause f that shit at night. I dropped off a few times as an uber driver at night and one block I turned on had 10 hood rats on it staring me down... got out of there asap.

Only true in some areas of Joburg. And it's obvious which ones. Driven all over Joburg and never had a problem. Still have friends that live there. Home invasion is a bigger problem.
