Ahem...

Starting to look a lot like the team from Seattle that fell into the Finals in 1996 like someone said months ago....

Serious pressing, the Mavericks are not beating the Spurs. That serious will end similarly to OKC and MEM. Spurs in 6. And then Spurs in 7 over PORMosster47 said:With the Spurs hitting the age wall already this lines the Blazers up against the shit show Mavericks.

Why are you writing the Spurs off? Because they are down 2-1 in a series against a long-time in-state rival that happened to win 49 games this year?
Pretty good bet that the Spurs win tonight. -

I fondly remember those 96 Sonics slumping for the second half of the year, drawing the 5 seed and then backing into the Finals with their 64-18 record.

This. Enough with the Johnny come lately and jumping off the ledge every time a favored team loses. OKC and Indiana are in control of their series, and SA likely wins tonight to take control of theirs. Even down 3-1, the Spurs would only have to win one road game. The smart money is still on the Spurs. If by the chance the Mavericks win, I wouldn't be shocked to see them beat Portland. The series would go at least 6 games. The Rockets have at least a 25% chance of still winning the series anyways.dhdawg said:

Uhhhh the Pacers are getting boat raced in game 5 at home. They are getting plunger raped in a 2-2 series at home. That's 2010 Cavs status vs the Celtics right there.RoadDawg55 said:

I still don't think the Pacers will get beat in this series. They only have to win 1 road game and Atlanta quite frankly isn't a very good team. Winning a game 1 is one thing, winning a closeout game is another thing.
If the pacers do get by Atlanta I would have no doubt however the wizards would beat them, probably in 6 -

This team does not suck. The rebuild is ahead of schedule.Mosster47 said:With the Spurs hitting the age wall already this lines the Blazers up against the shit show Mavericks.
