White racism made him do it. Just ask Kobe.

You and I are just examples of systemic white institutional racism for just posting this. The left desperately wants an honest conversation about race as long as race is not involved.
Systemic white racism was the reason this guy was in jail in the first place, that's why he and tens of thousands of others just like him have been let out of prison. But hey, that has nothing to do with the exploding crime rates.
He was in the school to prison pipeline.
I'd love to know his juvenile record. There is no way in hell he just started being a violent felon when he hit 18.
That's on my criminal reform wish list. Once upon a time, shielding "juveniles" from having a public arrest record may have made sense. But if the arrest now is for a felony, then if you are old enough to commit a felony, then you are old enough to have the public actually know what is going on.

Odd how Obama never rhapsodizes about how if he had a son he'd have looked like Smiley, or George Floyd on any of the hundreds of blacks guy who are caught on film beating up Jews and Asians.

Anyone with any familiarity on how our criminal justice systems work knows that these animals often commit dozens and dozens of crimes for which they are never arrested and therefore never prosecuted. We know about the cases where they were actually arrested and prosecuted. It's almost a certainty that this asshole has committed hundreds of crimes since his teenage years.

This is what drives me nuts, we know for the most part who the bad guys are, arresting people like this and keeping them in jail for the maximum is how you reduce crime rates. Also, this guy already had gun violations on his record. Instead of getting rid of gun enhancements, which Newsom and the left have been pushing, we should be increasing them. Any use of gun in the commission of any crime should get nothing less than 10 years. You want to get serious about "gun violence" that's what we would be doing but the left isn't serious, they only want to take away guns from you and me, not criminals.

It won't matter what the facts are. Newsom and his base will run with the narrative.

La;i emptied the prisons onto the streets. This is what you get when the commies run a state.
