America is still the best military. We? can strike and take territory rather easily
It's what comes next
Russia is struggling to get to the holding point
Not with our current rules of engagement. When we took territory in Germany during World War II, wasn't much left. Same with Japan. Allied bombing alone estimated to have killed 500,000 German civilians. We couldn't hold territory in South Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan. Russians would use nukes if we put a land force into the Ukraine.

The US was in Saddam's castle and Saddam was in a hole within 2 or 3 weeks of landing.
Almost 20 years ago and its still FUBAR
The men and the machines are the best. The leaders are as bad as everywhere.
I suspect that the quality of the the overall American military is not as good as 20 years ago. We have recently had several naval vessels hitting commercial ships. The leadership is emasculated and being promoted on being woke versus the ability to command men. If I had the eye sight I would have tried to become a Navy aviator. I didn't. One fraternity brother in the Air Force ROTC ended up sitting in a missile silo in North Dakota for his duty. Not for me. One fraternity brother went through Navy ROTC and ended up flying F-14s off of carriers. He know lives in Hawaii and loved his service.
Today, with Lasix, I wouldn't join a woke US military. The hypocrisy would be too much. It would be interesting if someone had an honest interviews with long-term non-commissioned officers and get a real read on what is going on.
