I watched Gonzaga UCLA last year in the first tourney game I had watched in years

So I watched Memphis Gonzaga last week and that was good

So I watched Arkansas Gonzaga and that was great . With a nightcap of my Coogs beating Arizona

I'm surprised at how entertaining it was. I knew some of the Zags just from the two games I had watched. Had no idea who anyone else was

Holmgren is supposed to go top 3 after a one and done. That's the world we live in

In the 80s he would have stayed 3 or 4 years and entered the NBA as a household name and a man.

Anyway get paid now in case he stays a skinny fuck and busts in the NBA.

At that height he needs a legit 50+ lbs. or more to think about making noise in the league. James so much as breathes on him and he'll be in a coma for a month.

    Living in the 509/208, it's 24-7 Zags.

Few has a machine going now. He may lose a few recruits to Tommy Lloyd now. But he was so far ahead of the game when it came to transfers, its not even funny. Hell, he made his living on UW transfers for years going back to Jeff Brown. Dickau, Errol Woods, Nigel Goss-Williams, probably a couple others I can't remember. With the portal, now he gets his pick and they call him.

They play good ball, get up and down the court, run some Euro type offense and actually know how to go backdoor (because who wouldn't go backdoor on a bunch of Catholic girls?) They need toughness. The old Zags used to be punch you in the mouth and then go have a beer at Jack and Dan's. Those old fucks need to play old man ball and pound on the young guns so its not a fucking surprise when Arky muscles up. Stockton used to play that role but he's pretty close to as old as Race now. He was still balling out with the youngsters as of a couple years ago.

They develop bigs and transfer portal their guards. Interestingly on NBADraft.net they don't have timme being drafted but Watson they do. They lose a lot this year, especially if Timme is gone, but anticipate they get their pick of the litter in transfer portal. Already noticed Indiana's top guard who is mediocre in the BIG 10 is in the portal and likely lands in Spokane, ready to plunger the slow shitty guards at Portland.

I'm placing a 50/50 bet on Timme maybe coming back. He's actually all over TV with his NIL deal with NQ Casino (War Fighting @Swayes). Grabbing a little Catholic strange after a game isn't a bad deal either.

Glad we hired Hop instead of Mussleman (he was one of the finalists)

This x1000. Mussleman had just led Nevada to the elite eight. Jen chooses Hopkins because of push ups and probably the fact he looks like he has AIDS. He was a couple states away, he loves the west coast and she passed on him. Either Cohen never looked in EM's direction or she was turned off because he filled his roster at Nevada with some questionable character transfers. FMFE, Cohen is the worst.

Kelvin Sampson has been in hot water numerous times and yet here he is again with Arkansas

It seems like decades ago he was at WSU. Got probation at OU among other places

Also, Mussleman has the #1 recruiting class in the country with 3 5* players. Hop is one of the worst recruiters in the pac 12.

Pop champagne every year the zaggots get their hearts torn out.

They should have lost to Memphis.

    M'eh. It's Cuog-like to celebrate when a rival loses.

Take care of one's own house first.

They don't even have a football team, so I don't see them as a rival.

Just an annoying school and annoying bball fans, whose annual loss spares me having to listen to bullshit I don't want to listen to.

Agree that this is 99% UW's fault for making laughable coaching hires.

They struggled with a 16 seed for a half. Yeah, I realize they pulled away, but they're perennially overrated. The media and fag boys..I mean fan boys always suck them off. They do the same thing almost every year, play six big time schools, split with them, then go 13-1 in the Catholic league. Then they get a good seed, then fold eventually to a team from a better league.

Their fans are as obnoxious and stupid as whoregon's...

I generally agree, but they have played in two championship games in the past 5 years and, IMO, their best chance to win it was the year cancelled due to COVID. The last PAC team to play in the championship game was UCLA in 2006 (loss to Florida) and the last PAC team to win it all was Arizona in 1997.

Gonzaga is by far the best MBB program west of Kansas.

Baylor was the best team covid year. Baylor probably wins back to back.

he wont get drafted, he should just start selling insurance/real estate in spokane, he'd kill it like a lot of former zags do.
