You've just renounced haie's God and organizing principle. There's a HUGE difference between the two. It's not just a police issue. It's a city, county and state issue around whether they will keep criminals in jail. Catch and release isn't a police problem. No, some is clever and some is funny. The examples of posted on General Tweet thread of the guys trolling the various city councils are examples of both. haie isn't clever and he isn't funny, and after viewing his act now for sometime it isn't all a troll.
