I was in Safeway this morning in Mountlake Terrace. I'd say it was 50/50 in masks, for both employees and customers

This mask thing is so surreal to me. It's been 4 months in Texas. Even in Vegas it was 50 50 before that

I live across the street from a city park. Each Saturday I walk the dog by the park and up to the open space that overlooks the kids' play area. There is some parent/kid group that meets there every Saturday so that the kids can play together. Today was the first day the entire crowd wasn't in masks. But before today everyone, including little kids two and three years outdoors wearing masks. Usually when I'm up at the park throwing the ball to the dog I'll have a couple kids come up to me and ask if they can pet the dog and throw the ball for her. One of the kid's today announced that he had just turned 5, his dad was with him. I told him how great it was that he just turned 5 and the dad said to me, "yeah, we were pretty excited because now he could finally get vaccinated."MikeDamone said:
