The Fed doesn't technically print money, it creates it out of thin air electronically and then they buy treasuries from the primary dealers (who buys them from the US Treasury). The banks do not print money as he asserts.
He makes some good points though and the primary reasons he could be wrong are WTI breaching $100 per barrel and / or manufacturers reshoring more production from China (or at least moving it from China to slightly more expensive countries for less geopolitical risk).
Regardless, I am working on getting up to a 5% - 10% cash position in my taxable investment account since a black swan could show up later this year. Most big market corrections seem to happen in the last 4 months of the year.
