In 1995 I was in Quebec City, in a Mexican restaurant called Le Cactus. I was talking with my friend and some of his buddies. They were pounding the table and saying how they needed their freedom from Canada. They egged me on to shout VIVE LE QUEBEC LIBRE in the restaurant.
