Nothing she is proposing will clean of the homeless. She is proposing that all the homeless be given a home. She isn't proposing that we start arresting and prosecuting the homeless for breaking the law. She isn't proposing that we end direct cash handouts to the homeless. She isn't proposing that we end the "free" needle programs, in fact she is proposing that we expand them.

Nothing she is proposing will "clean up the homeless."
