Apparently all the AR-15s, confederate and Nazi flags have been photoshopped out along with the innumerable fires that were started. Conservatives rule photoshop. They have also cleaned up thousands of hours of digital video of the armed terrorists and thus the Capitol police refuse to release them because they were tampered with.

No wonder the police cried when they testified to Congress.

I have a friend who is a Multnomah county sheriff deputy. He literally had 1/4 stick of dynamite go off 5 feet from him and was hit was laser in the eyes. He didn't cry on TV like a cunt though.

Now it is clear to me why Kobe believes this is an insurrection.

There are unhinged lunatics on the left that want the people in the vid serving time. Some even post here.

One man posted a video of himself coming from Trump’s speech on his way to the Capitol, and he says, “Maybe we’ll break down the doors,” shortly before the mob did just that. “We were invited here,” a person screams at police. “We were invited by the president of the United States!”

Jan. 6. Rep. Lauren Boebert that morning tweeted “Today is 1776.” What becomes clear in scores of videos from the attack is that the memory of the American Revolution animated the whole violent episode. Crowds chanted “1776.” The conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, armed with a bullhorn, led his own “1776” chant. Some of the first rioters to break into the Capitol shouted, “1776, motherf***ers.”

The hundreds of videos prove that violence did not just occur sporadically as an extreme expression of the crowd’s displeasure but rather dominated the mob’s collective energy.

The videos provide numerous examples of hand–to–hand combat, which occurred throughout the afternoon at multiple locations around the Capitol complex. “Where are the f***ing traitors,” someone yells upon entering the Capitol. “Drag them out by their f***ing hair.” A person making a speech outside the Capitol called for Vice President Mike Pence to be hanged and executed by firing squad.

You can try to pretend it wasn’t violent but you’ve already cried Ashli Babbitt’s name.

If it was just a protest and just a riot that would be one thing. But they attacked the capitol at the presidents call as a part of his plan to overturn the election.

A president used a mob to try and intimidate the VP into overturning the election and you’re defending it. But I’m the fascist.

No your just a fascist liar. The vast majority of the protestors in the Capitol didn't break or attack anything. Pelosi and the January 6 banana republic committee have little interest in the actual people breaking things. No one here is defending the breaking. They are defending the right to equal justice under the Constitution, especially for just the trespassers. I'll wait for Trump's quote promoting breaking into the Capitol. Don't hurt yourself.

PS Where is Ray Epps? I'm curious. The slobberer just wants the Ray Epps story to go away. He has no interest in the truth.

Babbitt was the very definition of a violent insurrectionist. The shooter said she scared the phuck out of him and he deserves a medal. I've never claimed Babbitt was a hero, just that this was a bad shooting. I pick my heroes pretty carefully, and she ain't one of them. Unlike the cop who is treated as a hero by dems. Just like George Floyd and the Gentle Giant aren't my heroes.

It was mostly peaceful. That’s the gold standard. Plus the government has insurance. It’s just property. Riots are the voice of the unheard. Dissent is the highest form of patriotism. #resist
