I do remember that 49'er team. Montana was really at his height at that point. That offense was a fucking machine. Denver was out of it at the coin toss. It was the time I first realized that a BSD QB was useless w/o a supporting case. None of the physical advantages Elway had over Montana mattered ... at all. Of course, Brady would go on to write a PhD thesis on that topic a few years later.
