Not familiar with Ken's background or accomplishments before he built the Dawgman empire, but how did he rise to the level of Chief Executive Officer?

Lol. The title of CEO usually implies some level of organization, management, and at least a facade of operations. Kim is in charge of two overweight reporters and a message board. I don't think even he would call himself a CEO.
