I had a (worthless) office admin at one of the company's in which I'm involved. Wouldn't take coaching/direction/training at all. Basic bookkeeping shit. Had to fly into the operation and try to figure out WTF the problem was. Gave her maybe 3 things she needed to do on a daily basis. Flew home and assumed she could handle THREE fucking things.
Got a call from the GM the next day. She quit so she could write a novel.

Fucking millennials.
We have a sort of sister company that I'm nominally the head of IT for but I pretty rarely do anything with them except have one of my dudes like set up new people and buy them shit.
We had a couple of them fly into Vegas a few months back and it was like alright I'll get this shit straightened out no major projects so I've got some time.
I spent one day with them and I just tell my CEO dude there's no hope.
We laid like half of them off on Tues because it's such a disaster. Once the incompetents start running stuff they just inevitably turn it so bad because they don't want to admit they don't know shit.
My advice is just burn it to the ground and count the money you aren't losing anymore
I would argue most lower level office people have no clue about the basics of how to even use a computer in the office to accomplish even the most menial of tasks

I did me a solid. Will never fucking hire a millennial someone whose titties smell like hemp again.
Don't want to be accused of being ageist in my hiring practices.
What do you want to bet that he blames capitalism for his situation.
My oldest tried that bullshit. Said he was “worth more” than $x/hour.
I had to strongly set him straight that he was worth exactly what someone is willing to pay him. And if he didn’t like it, he should figure out a way to be the guy setting others’ worth.

How is that possible?
The Throbber doesn't answer a fucking email for $19K.
But he's writing a screenplay so it's cool
Eat the rich imo
