So there isn't one of the "Conservative" school districts that has white test scores that are as low as the best test scores for Blacks in Seattle. Quite the rigning endorsement for Seattle's public schools Dazzler. I can see why people would "kill" for those numbers.HHusky said:

No, we could start with our welfare policies, that you support, that encourage people to have kids out of wedlock. We could also go back to creating a social stigma against having kids out of wedlock that is at least as strong, as it is against smoking or calling someone a "fag."HHusky said:
