Wilson goes to Allen and said it's him or me. Who in their right mind picks the 70 year old coach over the all-time franchise player? I know Allen just extended Carroll last year, but still. Plus, Schneider has a huge incentive to lead a coup as firing Carroll would give him full GM control.

ATBS, I would trade Wilson. The team can remain a fringe first round team for a few years as-is or re-boot things, which necessitates a Wilson trade.
