If these assholes had any balls they would promote ending domestic violence, DUI and gun violence. You know, something that they can actually make a difference that actually affects people associated with NFL players. But like I said, they would do it if they had balls, which they don’t.

Have you seen the recent housing Ad the NFL is running? White racism causes banks to foreclose on black people's homes and to undervalue their property. And black people can be arrested just for looking at the wrong house.
Obviously there was redlining happened and ended over 50 years ago. And obviously that has hurt accumulation of wealth. But what good does it fucking do to continually beat the victim drum? If the left had an ounce of honestly and decency they would be all over school choice and championing stable two parent families (and TKS, I said two parent, not necessarily married). But school choice and families threaten their power base. The left in now way want to or is interested in “ending racism”. There are billions to be made in victim politics and fostering dependency. It’s really sick and twisted. The TKS has been indoctrinated to believe he is moral and virtuous.
Agreed, redlining devalued property in black neighborhoods but that hasn't been the case since the late 1960s and isn't responsible today for lower values in certain neighborhoods. There are plenty of neighborhoods in parts of Oakland and Berkeley that have benefited greatly from gentrification.
Correct, but it did affect wealth accumulation and there are people today who could not buy a traditional house in good neighborhoods with decent schools in the 50s who would be much wealthier today (and their families would be as well) if they owned a home in the 50s in the suburbs. This applies to anyone of any race.
Inner city schools were pretty damn good in the 1950s compared to today and even in comparison to today's crap public schools in the suburbs. Hell, Terry Baker and Mel Renfro both played at Jefferson High School. Today, Jefferson is an intellectual wasteland. Those discriminated against in the 1950s on home purchases are all dead. There would have been some intergenerational wealth transfers. Now we use zoning, building regulations and urban growth boundaries to punish poor people trying to move up the ladder. All supported by the left.
For clarity, do you think it would be best for everyone if we had schools go back to the way they were before the 50s?

So you guys are cancelling golf and nascar?

Golf and Nascar sell out to the left over fear of being canceled and this is your reply

Sounds like giving up phucking strawman ass wasn't a slobberer New Year's resolution. What does a free speech complaint about NASCAR and the PGA going woke have to do with the ups and downs of a free market economy? No need to answer, just a hypothetical rhetorical question and we know that you don't deal in hypotheticals just strawman ass phucking.

Let's see, public schools required discipline and taught everyone to read and do basic math in the 1950s. I'll take those two points. Not a lot of calling the teacher a bitch.

The point is we could do something about depressed home values now. We can't do anything about depressed home values in the 1950s. Redlining is used as an excuse to explain depressed home values today. It's bullshit.

The bigger issue with redlining isn't depressed home values. This is typically addressed vis-a-vis steering or block-busting measures.

The problem with redlining is it prevents the disaffected group the opportunity to capture the appreciation in the asset class - home ownership. Home ownership typically allows the greatest opportunity for the avg joe to build a relatively substantial nest egg.

This most notably happened in the explosive growth in the communities surrounding NYC after WWII (when/where Fred Trump made his fortune as a builder/developer).

Not allowing the common man an opportunity to build a nest egg is also the biggest cause for concern with Black Rock reported sitting on Trillions to buy real estate with. That won't just affect the Blick community; everybody will be fucked.

Why do you keep arguing points that no one is making or questioning?
Because I read an article on redlining in Oakland a couple weeks back and it was arguing the point that redlining was responsible for the fact that homes in black neighborhoods today are worth less than other neighborhoods. Woman was accusing the banks of racism because her home was being appraised at less than she thought it was worth and she and the activists that were supporting her were all blaming redlining.

Fuck the PGA of America (different than the PGA tour). And fuck the R&A for preemptively never giving another British Open to Turnberry, one of the best courses in the rotation.

The PGA tour canceled Doral because of Trump in 2017

Redlining, is there anything it can't do?

Even though redlining was officially banned through the Fair Housing Act of 1968, the long-lasting impacts of housing discrimination persist in cities across the United States.

Residents in neighborhoods historically plagued by redlining, like those in West and East Oakland, are more than twice as likely to go to the emergency room for asthma. They’re also more likely to experience higher rates of poverty, crime and infant mortality. The impacts of redlining can be felt in almost every aspect of life: from access to high quality education, to job opportunities and even healthy food options.

That’s true, forgot about that. Fuck them too. They play a ton of fucking terrible courses these days. Aside from Riviera and Kapalua, there isn’t one good course on tour.

They tried that already. Don’t cave and it goes away, like with anything.
