He claims that Blackrock now has $9 trillion with a T in cash to buy properties.

We will own nothing and be happy.

Fed's tapering and about to crash the housing market. Hell of a time to be shopping for real estate pretty soon.
I had a weird thing happen recently. I own a small condo. I received a text from someone that said "Hey Derek! Just checking to see how you're doing!" I had no idea who this was so I didn't respond.

So they text again, "Hey Derek, it's Katy! Just wanted to see how you've been! Let me know if you don't want to hear from me."

I only know one Katy, and she would not be contacting me like this to see how I'm doing. So I said something like "Do I know you? or "Who are you?"

She says "Just looking to see if you're interested in selling your home!"

I said "Who wants to buy it?

She says "I represent a local buyer who is interested in your home."

So I said "Who is the person you represent?"

She says "A local buyer in Woodinville."

So I said, "If you're not going to tell me who it is then the conversation is over." And I blocked them.
    Buyer, “B. Rock”.

For me, this was an example of the Streisand Effect. I knew Malone’s name and little more. Didn’t follow him on twatter, etc. Gets banned, goes on Rogan, now I’ve heard all I wasn’t supposed to hear. Great job twatter.

Honestly I think Malone has a bit of the attention whore thing we° identified in Fauci and others. Smart but obscure person whose field of study suddenly becomes the public focus. I got the sense Malone likes it a little.

I read the Atlantic article that Malone called a hit piece, at least I think it’s the same one. Hit piece is a tad too strong a label, in my opinion. He was interviewed for it.

    Anyhow, worthwhile listen.

I don't get the sense he seeks personal attention at all
    Fair nuff

Likewise, I think he sees where things are going, socially and politically, and wants to protect science, medicine, and the future of the country for his kids and grandkids.

    What an attention-seeking whore!

In a previous interview Malone had mentioned tremendous stress from conflict and confrontation earlier in his career which lead to him buying land and raising horses. This topic brought him back into the fight and I don’t think he’s natural with attention.
