Last time I was there was 4 years ago. It was bad. How shocking to see that it has gotten worse (not), which means that the city and the majority of voters actually FEEL GOOD about increasing the homelessness, garbage, crime and drug use..

How fucked up can liberals make a city? San Fran and Portland are just the beginning. They fuck things up because they like things fucked up. There can be no other reason.

If I hadn't spent a shit ton of time on the east coast and down south this year, I'd agree.

West coast FILTH is filth. Somehow you go to places like DC or NYC or Philly or even Balmer and the areas where 'civilized' people congregate are relatively stress-free. No shit on the sidewalks, an occasional panhandler bum but NOTHING like SF, PDX, SEA, LA, SD or even Spokane.

The Progressive wing of the Democratic party are fucking up the west coast at levels never imagined. The old school liberals of the big cities are in it for the payola and kickbacks. They know that if their cities are shit, nobody comes to town and spends money.

PDX is a cesspool. Yes, it’s over. And Ted Wheeler is to blame. There was a large camp taking hold in Vancouver. Drove by it two days ago. Gone. Lot now fenced in.

There are more that need addressing. But that’s two large ones recently that have been cleaned out.
