Another top dude with us towards the top of his list and a junior day visit planned. Not as many heavy hitters after him… yet. Might be too white but what do I know.
After watching his film, he kinda throws off that Cooper Kupp vibe like a little younger Adam Thielen, but with that over the middle toughness Ed McCaffery had. Could be a real under the radar, poor man’s Steve Largent.

Yep, you successfully checked every white box there. Well done.

I’m kind of an overachiever who makes time to lurk on this board.
Hopefully a sign of things to come. With Oregon handing out bags of cash to high schoolers, I don't see DeBoer being able to pull the NW recruiting coup that Peterman had following the run in 2016 but this is a step in the right direction of being competitive
True, Phil Knight (he turns 86 next month) must be desperate to buy a NC before he kicks the can and USC boosters undoubtedly have their panties in a wad after an embarrassing 2023 season.
Now that recruits see DeBoer's & Co results over the past 2 seasons and repaired much of the damage Jimmy Lake did with high school relationships, I expect a top 25 class. Maybe not top 15 but top 20-25, at least in terms of average star ratings since DeBoer seems to prefer doing 2/3 HS recruits and 1/3 transfers (though transfer may decline a little as he doesn't have to fill as many of the holes that Lake left with his recruitingFS).
What's chinteresting is that Peterson's first 3 classes were outside of the top 25 and he didn't have a top 25 class until 2017 (#23), which was his 4th.

don't forget that after his career is done he can be the next Cris Collinsworth ...

Another sign of either mailing in the portal or just sucking at it. This guy had like 25 tackles and one sack in two years on shit Stanford teams. Maybe we actually want him now though?
