Not trying to be Tuggy here, but looking at that list is a startingly direct reflection of how football is presently regarded by suburban white moms.
We had a similar conversation about the preferred type of recruits for peterman. Didn’t end well for either side of the discussion.
I couldn't care less what color we recruit as long as the team wins. I'm just saying, it is interesting to observe and I would say is outside just the typical factors about athleticism that have been trotted out for 50 years. It looks like white people are abandoning playing football.

I can tell you football is a big deal in the northern counties. We love it. The moms fill the stands and bring the younger kids to watch the High school kids play. Problem is that there aren’t many/any D1 athletes up here to recruit year to year.

I actually think it’s a more popular sport now in Arlington than it was in the mid-late 90’s when I was there.
Offer out to Joey Slackman a grad transfer from Penn. 6'4" 300 DT, first team all Ivy League. 17 offers, only good one is from Miami Fl.
Teach him the submarine move and he’ll be fucking awesome, all big10 level awesome.
He seems like he'd be a great fit. Not sure UW can count on Tuitele and Bandes taking the next step and the other DTs are too unknown / too young not to have at least one more veteran DT.
Will Rogers of Miss State is entering the transfer portal. I haven't seen him play much and his YPA is too low for my taste but that could be a result of the systems he played in.
Sounds like our best DL commit (Kirks) has accepted the fact that he's probably not getting the tOSU offer he wants so instead he is taking an official visit to USC
Butler needs to shed that Colorado commit. I was rocking with Coach Prime for a bit but you can't tell recruits you aren't paying them when their sons are on the field flashing Rolex watches. There are enough red flags with Coach Prime to seek other options.

I think Rogers would be awesome in DeBoers offense. He's taken a step back now that Leach is gone but when he was allowed to chuck the ball he was accurate. I hope he and DJ are on speaking terms.
