I can't believe the fans/media always fall into the same trap thinking firing assistants means change. Yet you still have the same shitty HC running your program.

It takes 4-5 years to build a team. As cliché as that sounds it's reality. Nothing has changed in college football. Auburn got lucky twice-Not reality . Michigan can keep hiring and firing coordinators and head coaches and will never get anywhere. They fired Borges? Not Al's fault, Michigan just stunk on offense because their players stunk and the defense didn't help them. Al Borges is a proven commodity. NUSS wouldn't have helped UM one ounce last year. -
