I bought ETH at less than $1k so idgaf and am hodling for long.
I got in this summer for around 2k, but spent most of that on NFTs, which are down now. Eth is great but I don't see it doing more than 2x or 3x in next year or so. I'm rolling the dice on a few longshots hoping for 100x.
The dip isn't over. My guess is 57k>63k>49k. But take advantage of the dip because most coins will go 200-300%

Those influencers barely have any BTC, if any. Their primary income is "influencing," which is basically saying BTC is going to the moon because that's what the audience wants to hear. No one wants to talk about BTC looking like shit and this being distribution because "up only."

I know it’s fucking hilarious. I just love the dips because they always try and be like “this is a GOOD thing because look at this chart….” Then the next day week when it doesn’t follow that chart they magically have another one.
They love to bust out their inner Kim Grinolds “if you can handle the volatility this might not be for you” after talking about 200% 300% gains happening any day now!

When people pressure Michael Saylor to give a price prediction, he always says he's looking 7-10 years down the line and not in terms of weeks or months.

Same for the precious metal guys with gold/silver. Always another carrot to dangle in front of their believers just around the corner, why the "evil corrupt strawman" kept it from exploding to the upside just last week.
There is no way Bitcoin is going to 49k anytime soon. Maybe in 3 months minimum. You really think we hit 49k soon? I find it very hard to believe
Took less than three weeks
You were right. I still can’t believe it. I just can’t fathom wtf is going on right now in finance. Like an obscure heavyweight battle behind the scenes. Inflationary fiat, highest national debt ever, crypto becoming popular, hedge fund managers that don’t want to get left behind, government regulations and fear of decentralized crypto.
Sonics, have we entered a bear market? What’s going to happen next?

I'm shocked by how much it has dropped but a couple hours ago I bought $200 more. I'm planning on holding onto it for many years, come what may.
Honestly, that was nothing. That's a typical dump to me.
Well you've got to remember that I was orange-pilled in September. It feels like a year ago but it was only three months. While I have read a lot and watched many videos, it's still new to me. But I believe in it not just for its profit potential but also as a store of value and a hedge against inflation.

Winter is usually rough in the crypto market
Blaming the drop on seasonality is not really a way to forecast. It dropped because big investors are panicked about the overall health of the market/economy and took profits after seeing the shit jobs report, new COVID variant (which is way overblown, but still), and stocks diving this past week.
