Fired after current players telling recruits don't come here along with other off-field issues and pissing away difference makers all over the field. You think this staff has "blown talent" (lol) if you were around for Lambo and his 96-98 squads omg....
Fired for gambling ring, although direction of Skippy's teams and recruiting was heading to where we are today so like Jen, AD back then used it as the reason to kill two birds with one stone.

Left for SC Job. AD made 0.0000% attempt to keep him b/c of substance issues and was another season away from being fired in 2014 after only winning 5 games.
Burnt out
Player Push gate, along with hiring of OC that made anyone with 2 brain cells speechless, and a staff that is having less success recruiting than TY did going into and through year 4.
